Stainless Steel Series {303/304/316L}
We utilize Swiss-imported carbide tools combined with micro-lubrication technology to prevent work hardening during machining. Our process achieves a surface roughness of Ra 0.4 μm, ensuring smooth finishes and precise tolerances. -
Aluminum Alloy {6061/7075}
We employ high-speed milling (HSM) technology to process thin-walled components with spindle speeds optimized for aluminum alloys. Our machining achieves thickness tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm, making our aluminum parts ideal for precision applications. -
